FAQ - Limited Edition Prints
Q: When are prints available for purchase?
A: Prints are released periodically throughout the year. The best way to be the first to know is to get on the collector list.
Q: Are prints printed on demand?
A: No. Only limited edition prints are released, usually in sets of 100. Every print is numbered, signed, and includes a certificate of authenticity.
FAQ - Shipping
Q: Where are prints shipped from?
A: All prints are shipped directly from the studio.
Q: When do you begin shipping?
A: Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the print to ship out.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated shipping time within the United States is 2 - 5 days. If you need your print to arrive faster, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. If you are ordering outside of the US, additional import taxes may apply as per your country's customs guidelines. Estimated shipping time internationally is 5 - 10 days.
Q: What if the print is damaged in transit?
A: Shipping is fully insured; damage and loss protection is guaranteed with both domestic and international shipments.
FAQ - Original Artworks
Q: How do I purchase an original painting/sculpture?
A: The best way to find out if there are any original works available is to sign up for the collector list. You will periodically receive messages of current available work. To inquire about a specific piece, please email the studio directly.
Q: Can I commission a painting?
A: Commission windows are open periodically based on availability and project. Please email the studio at zhanna@zhannatsytsyn.com with specific commission projects/proposals.
Q: How does shipping work for original pieces?
A: Shipping cost is not included within the cost of the artwork. Shipping will be invoiced separately depending on delivery location.

FAQ - Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: The art you live with should enhance your daily experience. That being said, if you don’t feel that your new piece is the right fit for your home, please contact zhanna@zhannatsytsyn.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll discuss next best steps, whether that be an exchange or return and refund.
